Concepts of social psychology are appropriately applied and explained in ways that are applicable to every day life. Peppered with a bit of humour and Greek history, as well as a wealth of useful advice, “Becoming Bulletproof” is an incredible book for those willing to self-analyze and develop their skills in the areas of communication, emotional strength, self-esteem, self-awareness and accountability.
