Extremely Outdated Approach to Life

Even though some of the things said in this book sound great, living the way that’s proposed here will most likely lead to “effective”, stressed, anxious individuals who’ll never finish getting the “big, important” things done in order to finally be able to do what they want.

It’s an overly list-based, time/schedule/day-management approach that creates the illusion of being in control of things that are completely out of our will power.

I’d highly recommend other types of read, in which your limitations are acknowledged and worked with.
