Wonderful Book!!
I saw the interview of Lisa on Channel 5 today and immediately bought the book! I just thumbed through the pages today and it looks brilliant! I've rated it on presentation, and description and variety of recipes. I have bought the ingredients for the goats cheese and pear salad ready to cook tomorrow evening. Can't wait!
Update! Goats cheese and pear salad was delicious! Also cooked twice now the chicken and rice kris pies, so easy. Added some chilli flakes the second time around for an extra treat. We and the kids love them.
Finally the Creme brûlée. Apart from me not putting enough sugar on top, before caramelising they came out perfectly! I'm starting to love cooking!
