The Gingiva. Diseases and Syndromes

The book groups in 10 chapters, diseases and syndromes that affect the gingiva, periodontium and alveolar bone. Illustrated with more than 750 photographs of the photo library compiled by the author in the Stomatology Consultation of the Dominican Dermatological Institute.

The chapters are structured based on elementary lesions: primitive and secondary, which appear in the gums. Aimed at students of dentistry and postgraduate periodontics, oral pathology and oral surgery and implants, and as a useful diagnostic tool in the general dentist's office.

The text is the product of the literature review of authors who are experts in the subject and the experience of the author, acquired during 50 years in the stomatology clinic.
