Social-Emotional Learning in the Classroom second edition

This book is designed for teachers to easily and effectively develop the social-emotional skills of all students. We have taken three practices that all teachers use all day, each and every day, and developed a system for integrating all 38 social-emotional learning skills. The book contains concrete suggestions for tweaking teacher's practices in classroom management, group and partner work, and questioning to significantly improve students' self-management, social awareness, self-awareness, responsible decision making, relationship skills, and social awareness.

This 2022 edition also contains the latest CASEL framework and a section on the develop of social emotional skills for adults. By understanding the adult SEL skills we are better prepared to develop the skills in children and adolescents.
