Loved this book. Couldn’t put it down between chapters. It’s funny, fast and always keeps you thinking (and guessing). A fun modern mystery. Totally worth it.

This book is an extraordinary return to the Psychic Barber Mystery world. Danica finds herself embroiled in the tumultuous world of YouTube Influencers. When one goes missing, she teams up with her annoying work neighbor to solve the crime.
In a mad cap adventure complete with essence of “Clue” and a smidge of “Noises Off,” it hooks your attention. You won’t stop reading until the mystery is solved. Reading the first book isn’t a dire necessity, but believe me — both books are so good and you should buy both today.
Really Fun Mystery!
Sequels are very difficult to do right. As an audience, I want something that is exactly what I got in the first one, but also something completely different. Most of the time you are disappointed. This is one of those times that you are NOT.
This book is as good, if not better than the first. The book begins a few months after the events of the first one. Our hero Danica jumps right into a new mystery surrounding the disappearance of a viral video star. Most of the events take place in a remote mansion, which is one of the best decisions the author could have made.
Keeping the bulk of the story confined to one location makes you suspect everyone and adds to the creepy atmosphere Danica has to navigate. There is plenty of humor, fun puzzles and enough danger to keep you invested in the story. You WANT to keep reading this book and will enjoy it immensely.
