How to Develop Compassion
Regardless of your religion, if you would like to learn how to develop compassion, this text focuses intensively upon that. Mind training is a Tibetan Buddhist philosophy which includes: a) Destroying Self Cherishing, b) Cultivating Unbounded Compassion for all Sentient beings. By thinking less of yourself, you free yourself of most burdens we all experience. Then, cultivating love and compassion for others brings to you a sustainable, long-term joy unprecedented by material, or worldly things. Great read for anyone sincerely interested in generating compassion.
