More of a book about eating habits
I found the book to be only ok. It answers more questions about baby's eating habits, then being an actual how-to guide on breastfeeding. For example the book goes on to talk about introducing solids for toddlers. Waste of money if looking for a breastfeeding book....great if your looking for a book on how to establish meal routine through ages 1 month to toddler
