Riveting and exciting!
Loved this book!!
👏🏼
A great novel.
Another awesome, terrifying tale of psychic powers from the King!
Firestarter is another amazing, terrifying story of psychic abilities as only Stephen King could write it! Not only did I love this story as a sweet, poignant tale of the loving bond between a little girl and her father, but also as a suspenseful, terrifying horror-thriller about how the two are relentlessly pursued and hunted because of their astonishing psychic abilities! The story builds to a horrifying climax reminiscent of Carrie, which is all I will say to keep from spoiling it. Fans who have also seen the classic movie will know what I mean when I reveal that I thought that this particular climax was handled better in the movie, at least in terms of special effects and stunts, whether they agree or not. This classic chiller is excellent; all fans of Stephen King’s tales of psychic powers who also love psychological thrillers will be thrilled by every word!
