In this consolidated appeal, Bruce Kleven challenges several of the trial court's rulings which had the effect of denying him any relief for the allegedly improper employment practices of Yukon-Koyukuk School District (YKSD), his former employer. We conclude that the trial court erred in dismissing Kleven's first action on the grounds that he failed to exhaust administrative remedies, and, thus, remand the case for further proceedings. We affirm the trial court's dismissal of Kleven's second action on the grounds that he lacked standing.
