Many Christians indicate they might spend one hour

per week focusing on God and all that “religious stuff.” 

That’s one hour per week, leaving 167 hours for everything else.


What if God doesn’t want just one hour per week? What if he wants the other 167 too? Your faith in Jesus Christ shouldn’t be relegated to a one-hour per week experience. Acts 10:36 teaches us that Jesus Christ is “Lord of all.” The word “all” means precisely that—all. Jesus is Lord of all people, and he is Lord all the time—not only for that one hour per week when you gather with other believers. Jesus is Lord over the other 167 hours as well. He’s Lord over your eight hours of sleep every night and your eight hours of work every day. He’s Lord over your free time, family time, and honey-do list.


This book is based on the words of Scripture, more specifically Ephesians 4-6. The apostle Paul gives us clear instructions on how to live our faith in the real world and not just in a church service. Each chapter contains a study guide for personal reflection or group discussion.
