Descripción editorial

The employer, A.M.T.C. of Illinois, Inc., Aero Mayflower Transit Company, Inc. (hereafter referred to as A.M.T.C.), appeals from the order of the circuit court of Cook County confirming the Industrial Commission's award which affirmed the arbitrator's finding that the employee, Charles E. Lunon, is permanently and totally disabled. There is no dispute that the injury arose out of and in the course of the employee's employment; the only issue is whether the employee has sustained his burden of proving permanent and total disability.
