Aarhaus v. Department of Employment Security

Various maintenance employees of the St. Regis Paper Companys Kraft Mill in Tacoma, Washington, filed appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court for Pierce County affirming a decision of the Commissioner of Employment Security which had denied them unemployment compensation benefits. We affirm the judgment as modified herein.
