Aaron Andrews v. State Indiana

This cause comes to us on a petition for rehearing of this Courts prior decision in OLaughlin v. Barton (1991), Ind., 571 N.E.2d 1258. For the reasons set forth below, we now grant the petition and affirm the trial court judgment of June 6, 1990.
