Aaron Delbert Ferguson v. State Texas

On original submission, this cause was reversed because of the trial courts failure to grant a motion to quash. We granted rehearing and now must review that decision, especially in light of our recent decision in Thomas v. State, 621 S.W.2d 158 (1981) (Opinion on States Motion for Rehearing).
