Per Curiam: In this diversity action the district court held that the appellees, Anthony B. Akers and Jane P. Akers, were the owners of certain tracts of land in New Hanover County, North Carolina, and that a deed to which the appellants are parties constituted a cloud on their title.1 The court ruled that the appellees were entitled to prevail by reason of their adverse possession. Alternatively, it held that they were entitled to reformation of the deed under which the appellants claimed. Upon consideration of the record, briefs, and oral argument, we hold that the findings and conclusions of the district judge set forth in his revised decision are correct.
