Akins v. Hemphill

This action was brought by Nellie O. Akins, as guardian ad litem for her minor daughter, Joyce O. Akins, to recover a judgment against Robbie Hemphill and Earl J. Aphfell and wife for damages arising out of personal injuries sustained by her daughter as the result of the negligent conduct of Robbie Hemphill while driving an automobile in which she was an invited guest. The court sustained a general demurrer to the amended complaint. The plaintiff refused to plead further. A judgment of dismissal of the action was entered and the plaintiff has taken this appeal.
