Pastimes are nearly unlimited in a sprawling suburban neighborhood, but Carl and Dylan have discovered something unique to fill their afternoon routines. One of the boys' neighbors just so happens to be a sexy young woman, and a pair of binoculars helps to entertain the two bird-watchers. With the aid of a passing comet and untimely words, one of the observers just might get closer than he wanted.

Length: 14,600 words

This work of fiction contains adult material and explicit scenes with erotic descriptions. Themes include gender transformations, body merging, body possession, mind control, body sharing, and other perverted fantasies. For mature audiences only. All characters over 18 years old.

Excerpt:

"Yeah, I wish, man. I'd love to be down there with her."

Dylan squinted out the window, trying to forcibly focus on the girl in the distance without the magnifying lenses to aid him. "Just try it. Just don't give any hints away that you've been watching her. Put the bait out there, and see if she bites. Hell, she might just pull you inside and —"

He was momentarily startled by a tremendous racket. The binoculars had fallen to the desk beneath him, and then ricocheted down to the carpet below before coming to rest upside-down.

As for the boy who had been holding them just seconds ago, he was nowhere to be found.

"Carl?" Dylan looked around the bedroom, but his friend was simply gone, as if he had suddenly vanished out of thin air. Besides the clamoring of the binoculars against the wood, he hadn't heard his friend leave the room at all. He called his name a second time, but there wasn't an answer.

"Ugh. Great. Your dad is gonna be pissed at us now." Dylan observed one of the lenses in the binoculars to be cracked, and partially dislodged from its proper place inside the rubberized tube. Now, one eye would be completely useless when looking through the thing.

With a heavy sigh, Dylan set the binoculars on the desk and went back to work finding out where Carl had gone to. He wasn't in the hallway outside the bedroom, and a thorough inspection revealed he hadn't gone down the stairs to the kitchen or out the front door; the lock was still engaged. The bathrooms were unoccupied, and no other room in the house had been disturbed. His car was still in the driveway, and a quick peek through the front windows showed that he hadn't miraculously gone outside and headed over to Vera's house.

Dylan knew of his friend not to be some trickster trying to hide and scare him when he least expected it, and besides, how could he have left the bedroom so quickly without a trace? By the time it took for the binoculars to hit the carpet, there was no sign of him.

It didn't make any sense at all.
