Did God Create A Devil‪?‬

Millions joke about the devil. Famous comedian Flip Wilson’s “The devil made me do it” made his audiences laugh. We have “devil’s food cake”; “The devil’s Punch Bowl,” a geological phenomenon; “The Red devils,” a college sports team, and a common expression, “Up jumped the devil.” All of this pre-supposes the existence of a devil. But is there a devil? If so, where did he come from? Did God create a devil to tempt us?
