STATON, J. F. W. Means & Company (Means) instituted an action against its former employee, Thomas J. Carstens, and Carstens' new employer, Coverall Rental Service, Inc. (Coverall), based upon issues involving breach of a restrictive employment contract, inducement of that breach, and the misuse of Means' business confidential information.
