Final Genesis

While camping in the Adirondack wilderness, college student Todd Piller and his buddies discover a seemingly harmless meteorite fragment. But curiosity turns into terror when the fragment explodes, releasing a radioactive toxin that alters or destroys everything it touchesincluding humans. The poison spreads, causing whole areas of the country to descend into madness as people everywhere succumb to its insidious side effects. But amid the chaos its discovered that the meteorite has actually brought with it a force thats rewriting the genetic basis of all life on Earth, putting the human race on a new path of evolution.
