Garner v. State

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction, pursuant to a jury trial, of one count each of conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary while in possession of a firearm, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, first-degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, and first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Michael L. Douglas, Judge. Affirmed.
