Glamour Scammers

Christianity is supposed to be rather simple.  Matthew 26. 28 has Jesus saying:  "This cup is My blood of the new covenant..."  Jesus is saying Christianity is the new covenant.  Jeremiah 31. 31-34 is an Old Testament prophesy saying God will write His new covenant on the hearts of His people.  Jeremiah 31. 31-34 says even the least of God's people will have this new covenant inscribed on their hearts.  So, if little kids and retarded people, if the least of God's people can understand the new covenant / Christianity, then how complicated can Christianity be?

Revelation 20. 12-15 is simple.  If your name is written in the Book of Life then you go to Heaven.  If your name is not written in the Book of Life then you get tossed into the lake of fire.  2 Thess 1. 8 mentions hellfire for those who don't know God and who don't obey the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  We Christians say God is a Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  The Roman Catholic Church teaches as one of its official doctrines that Christians and Muslims worship the same God.  But a Christian is someone who professes Jesus is God.  A Christian is someone who says you don't know God if you say that Allah, the false god of the Muslims, is the Creator of the Universe.  Galatians 1. 8-12  says in so many words you're damned if you alter the doctrines St. Paul learned directly from Christ. St. Paul taught the doctrine that Jesus is God, see Col 2. 8-10, 1 Tim 3. 16 etc. Matthew 19. 24 says it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.  Acts 5. 4 describes how the people on the road to Heaven are to handle their finances.  The True Church acts like a bank.  The rich have an incentive to live according to Acts 5. 4 given what is written in Matthew 19. 24!  1 Corinthians 6. 9-10 gives us a list of the types of sinners who are explicitly banished from the Kingdom of Heaven: drunkards, fornicators, homosexuals,  extortionists etc.  James 1. 26 says your religion is useless if you don't bridle your tongue.  If your religion is useless then it won't deliver you to Heaven.  John 6. 53-56 says in so many words you must celebrate Holy Communion to attain Heaven and escape perdition.

So everything is fairly easy to understand until we come to 1 Corinthians 11. 27-29, which says you drink damnation into your soul if you celebrate Holy Communion in an unworthy manner.  What's an unworthy manner and what isn't an unworthy manner?  You basically have to assume that you drink damnation into your soul whenever you celebrate Holy Communion with people who are openly pushing Anti-Christian things.  I mean, if you don't make that assumption, but then if you get cast into the lake of fire because you violated 1 Corinthians 11. 27-29, whenever you celebrated Holy Communion with people who openly pushed Anti-Christian things, then you shouldn't have celebrated Holy Communion with people who openly promoted Anti-Christian things!

Back to the easy stuff.  The scriptures are perfectly clear that there is only one True Church, only one Bride of Christ.  And yet Christianity is divided and subdivided into thousands of separate churches.  If there is only one True Church which leads people to Heaven, and if there are thousands of separate churches in the world, thousands of separate denominations, and if these thousands of separate churches are giving the bread and the wine to liars, to Sabbath violators, to pro-choicers, to all sorts of people who promote all sorts of Anti-Christian things, then it shouldn't be at all surprising if there are thousands of false denominations in the world which lead people to eternal perdition.
