Heart of Stone

That morning, everything started to go wrong. First, the sun stopped its journey in the sky. After that, her mother and all the people in her neighborhood froze. Maya felt really lonely that strange spring morning. Luckily, she had Mauricio, the cat. For some unknown reason, she and Mauritius had escaped the paralysis that gripped everyone around her. To make matters worse, out of the clouds came a fearsome flying shadow, threatening them from the sky, and had no choice but to hide in the dark metropolis. Her mother had warned her against that abandoned town full of secrets. But that morning ... Maya had no choice but to venture into the depths of the city, as far as the very heart of the city!


"Heart of Stone" is an illustrated story. Most of the illustrations contain small animations to make the story come closer to life, although they will never get beyond the live story developed in the minds of readers. Animated images allow us to open a window to fiction, spy glimpses of reality, hidden in the text, through an invisible praxinoscope.
