This dispute concerns ownership of an unimproved parcel of real estate located in Brownsburg, Indiana. Plaintiff-appellant Snowball Corporation (Snowball) initiated an action to quiet title to land it claimed it owned. Defendant-appellees Leo and Beulah Locke Pope (the Popes) counterclaimed on a theory of adverse possession.
