James Hayer and Estelle Hayer v. National

MATTHEWS, Justice. OPINION. In this appeal, in which appellee did not appear, James and Estelle Hayer attack the trial courts failure to award them costs, attorneys fees and prejudgment interest. We conclude that they were entitled to these items and remand for an adjustment of the trial courts award.
