JUDGE BERMAN Plaintiff, Mark Kern, appeals a summary judgment dismissing his strict liability action against defendant, General Motors Corporation. Plaintiff claims that a factual question exists concerning whether defendant met its duty to manufacture a non-defective vehicle. We disagree and therefore affirm.
