REID, J. This case presents for review the decision of the Court of Appeals that the judgment granting a divorce to the parents of a child under 18 years of age on the ground of irreconcilable differences was void ab initio because the complaint had not been on file for 90 days when the judgment was entered. This Court finds that the judgment is not subject to collateral attack by the heirs of the deceased husband, and, therefore, the decision of the Court of Appeals is reversed.
