Oates v. State

1 Samuel Kinnard Oates, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged by information filed in the district court of Tulsa County with the crime of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, second and subsequent offense, was tried to a jury, convicted and his punishment fixed at confinement in the State Penitentiary for a term of two years, and to pay a fine of $500. Appeal has been properly perfected to this court.
