Ogle v. Warden of Maryland Penitentiary

The Dairy Equipment Company held a sales meeting in Sturgeon Bay in the fall of 1961. Gerald Burchard, president of the Berg
Company of Madison, a subsidiary of Dairy Equipment, was in Sturgeon Bay to operate the company boat which served as the headquarters
for the entertaining of the salesmen. Burchard arrived in Sturgeon Bay early in the afternoon of September 13th.
