Orlester Beverly v. State Indiana

A jury trial resulted in appellants conviction of Count I, Dealing in Heroin, a Class A felony, and Count III, Possession of Heroin, a Class C felony, which was incorporated into Count I. For his conviction under Count I, he received a sentence of fifty (50) years, which was enhanced by thirty (30) years due to a finding that he is an habitual offender, for a total sentence of eighty (80) years.
