Ortman v. Jensen & Johnson

These are appeals from orders of the trial court sustaining the demurrers of Kenneth Trulson, defendant-respondent, to the complaints of the plaintiffs-appellants. The actions are for damages alleged to have been sustained as a result of an accident which caused the death of Marc L. Ortman and James R. Rynning. For the purposes of this appeal, the complaints of the plaintiffs are considered identical and the issues presented the same. The cases have been consolidated for purposes of appeal by stipulation of the parties.
