S.G.W. V. People

S.G.W., who was seventeen years of age at the time of the imposition of the challenged commitment, had numerous contacts with
the juvenile court since the age of nine. He had been adjudicated a delinquent child on four prior occasions, had run away
from court-imposed detention several times, and had a discouraging treatment record.
