A year after Ethan Barret's family is murdered in a house fire, set to send him a message, he decides to take his life. Unfortunately for him, an old friend from his past, John Waters, stops by his remote cabin to check on him. Soon Ethan realizes John isn't the only uninvited thing from his past that came back.
