Unemployable

Unemployable is the riveting and inspiring story of how a homeless, high school dropout drug addict went from clinging to life in a halfway house to opening and operating four restaurants and building an international multi-million-dollar Italian foods empire. From scratch. Written by Katie Lee in a voice that is as artistic and authentic as her spirit and her food, Unemployable is unvarnished and gritty. Poetic and percussive. This ain't your standard tale of recovery and redemption. Unemployable is a story of addiction, failure, success, more failure, pizza, pasta, Italy, family, death, rebirth, entrepreneurship, hospitality, restaurants, and hustle. So, so much hustle.
