United States v. Mondragon

KELLY, Circuit Judge. Mr. Fresquez and Mr. Mondragon appeal the denial of their motions to suppress evidence obtained through electronic surveillance. Our jurisdiction arises under 28 U.S.C. 1291 and we reverse.
