W.L. Lindemann Operating Co., Inc. v. Strange

This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of appellee Joyce Strange, individually and as Trustee for the Joyce Strange Marital Trust, in a case involving production from an oil lease in Archer County, Texas. In five issues, appellant W.L. Lindemann Operating Company, Inc. contends generally that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jurys findings on willful commingling, fraud, and damages. We affirm in part and reverse and render in part.
