Descripción editorial
1. Barbara Waln appeals from a divorce judgment. She argues the circuit court erred by concluding the spendthrift provision of Wis. Stat. 62.63(4) barred it from considering Larry Walns pension from the City of Milwaukee as part of the marital estate. We agree, reverse the judgment and remand with directions to consider the pension.
