Walter C. Boden Et Al. v. City Milwaukee

Action in equity by the owners of a building located in the city of Milwaukee to enjoin the city and its commissioner of health from enforcing certain provisions of the city Housing Ordinance against the property of the plaintiffs. The theory of the cause of action stated in the complaint is that such threatened enforcement, insofar as such building is concerned, exceeds the police power of the city under the Fourteenth amendment to the United States constitution and under the state constitution.
