Ahmed Rashid is currently in Switzerland attending the World Economic Forum. He'll report on the aftermath of the assassination of former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. Rashid has published several best-selling novels and also writes for the Washington Post, the International Herald Tribune, the Daily Telegraph (London), and other publications. Rashid was born in Lahore and is based in Pakistan.
