13 Wildlife Wonders - Diversity of Life in British Columbia
Beschreibung des Verlags
The students in Division 11 at Pacific Way Elementary have been learning about the diversity of life on planet Earth. They decided to create an informative book about 13 wildlife wonders found in British Columbia, such as the Bald Eagle, Bighorn Sheep, Sockeye Salmon, Gray Wolf, Kermode Bear, and more. Students provided information about the habitat, prey and predators, stages of development, reproduction, adaptations, and behaviours of these 13 different species found in British Columbia. Some key features of this book include comics, collages, and short informative videos that were created using a green screen. Our hope is that you learn more about the incredible diversity of life in our province and realize the importance of protecting these and other wildlife wonders in our world.
