On July 7, 1966, claimant, a 48 year old mason tender, was injured while working for employer-appellee, H & K Contractors (hereinafter referred to as employer). His injury was diagnosed by his treating physician, Dr. Leong, as acute lumbo-sacral strain and claimant was treated conservatively.
