Deamus Troy Casterline v. State Texas

A jury found appellant guilty of capital murder. Punishment was assessed at life in the Texas Department of Corrections. Appellant allegedly killed David Kent Maguglin in the course of raping Davids wife (Katherine), and while committing robbery and kidnapping. We affirm.
