A captivating story with great images, emotional depth, plenty of adventure and danger, not one but two romances, sizzling hot love scenes and a reunion with the characters from the previous books in the series. What more could you wish for?

When the woman he loves chooses his twin brother Griffin over him, Gavin, although the elder and heir to an earldom, leaves his life and England behind and becomes a pirate. Years later, he loses his ship and is injured in a mutiny near his former home. He is able to return, but instead of his brother, who has since been widowed, he meets Josephine who tends to his wounds. Josephine is a free spirit, she longs for adventure, just like her older brother Dominic, who is a pirate. But unfortunately for her, her parents want her to marry the gentle and handsome Griffin, but he can't offer her the life she wants. Gavin is immediately attracted to her, and when he learns that she is to marry his brother, he kidnaps her to make her his mistress and steals one of Dominic's ships to get revenge on his brother and hunt down the man who took over his ship and killed his men in the mutiny.
