Hal Spacejock just landed on Alteia looking for his next big freight job. Instead, he gets abducted by a vengeful mob boss. Hal's only hope for survival is to pass a high-stakes space flight test. Unfortunately, his entire piloting knowledge consists of pressing buttons and hoping for the best.

Meanwhile, Hal's long-suffering robot co-pilot, Clunk, has finally had enough. Abandoned at the luggage claim for the last time, Clunk walks away to build a life of freedom—only to stumble straight into a shady robot underground movement.

With a hot-headed ex-smuggler steering his getaway van, a team of mobsters out for blood, and an angry co-pilot exploring a life of crime, Hal needs to clean up this mess before his entire career goes up in smoke.
