Enslaved

In the year 4020, Jack Fox is a 136-year-old young man, carefree and nonchalant, and a Mineral Resources Researcher (MRR) on P1 (AKA Planet One or Earth). His mission is to discover sources of zirconium and uranium which are depleting on the P planets.

His ship defects and crashes on a Kazack planet, where three blazing suns beat on his spacesuit and his crushed spirit. It's 182 degrees F out there and climbing.

Soon he is abducted by the Kazacks, a soulless civilization who conquers and annihilates other worlds shamelessly. Though very advanced in the arts of war, their defensive walls are much weaker than on the P planets and they're suffering from the depletion of some metals and elements.

Under the influence of powerful truth serums, Jack's mind is purged of scientific secrets and he is momentarily reduced to the state of automaton. He fights ferociously to regain his ability ot reason and soon meets Elena, a nurse from P5, also abducted and drugged. Under Jack's love and tender care, Elena retrieves her sanity. Slowly and carefully, they plan a temerarious fugue from the hostile Kazack planet.
