Georgianne L. Carter v. William Carter

(1) The appellant ("wife") appeals from a modified order of the Family Court dated January 22, 1990, which suspended all visitation privileges between appellant and her two daughters pending a psychological and psychiatric evaluation of the appellant. The Family Court also ordered the wife to either deliver certain items of property to the appellee ("husband"), or to reimburse him out of escrowed funds for those items of property which were awarded to the husband pursuant to the divorce of the parties.
