Gerald Kornetzke v. Calumet County

Action commenced by plaintiff Gerald Kornetzke against defendants Calumet county, Sheboygan county and Fond du Lac county,
municipal subdivisions of the state of Wisconsin, for personal injuries and property damage sustained by plaintiff when his
car struck a tree on County Trunk Q at a point where the highway intersects the boundary lines between the defendant counties.
The jury apportioned the negligence 75 per cent to the defendants and 25 per cent to the plaintiff, and from a judgment for
the plaintiff on the verdict, defendants appeal. The facts will be stated in the opinion.
