This is the second volume in a series and details a visit to the National Archaeological Museum, the National Historical Museum, the Benaki Museum of Greek Culture, the War Museum, other museums and several sights of interest in Athens. The appendices include tips for travelling in Greece, the Minoan civilization, the archaeological site of Akrotiri on the island of Santorini and the Peloponnesian war. With more than 230 images and maps, it is hoped that the volume will prove of use to travellers interested in the history of ancient Greece.
