 Jacqueline has already had enough tragedy to last a lifetime. She lost her best friend in a tragic accident which her boyfriend Rex blamed himself for. As an atonement, he separated himself from both her and everyone in the town. Distraught with no romantic prospects on the horizon, Jacqueline turns to becoming a mail order bride. She accepts a proposal from Clifton, a handsome cowboy who woos and wins her heart. But Clifton has a secret past.
